Trina Webb

Trina Webb is the Court Administrator, Probate Investigator, and Deputy Clerk of the Juvenile Division handling abuse, neglect, dependency, delinquency, truancy and traffic cases. As Court Administrator she manages the court’s finances, payroll, grant applications, and human resources. Mrs. Webb is an alumnus of Morgan High School and Kent State University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. Trina has worked for the Court since 2001, serving in multiple roles including Juvenile Probation Officer, Juvenile Clerk and beginning in 2017 Court Administrator.

Trina serves as the Court’s representative on the Governing Board of the Perry Multi-County Juvenile Facility and the Morgan Behavioral Health Community Roundtable. She currently is working to acquire a Certified Court Manager accreditation through the Institute of Court Management and the Ohio Judicial College. She a 35-year active member of Neelysville Church of Christ.
