Troy Leopold

Troy Leopold is a Juvenile Probation Officer and the Court’s Community Service Coordinator. He also oversees the Court’s security initiatives. Mr. Leopold has worked for the Court since 2017. He is an alumnus of Morgan High School and Zane State College. Troy previously worked for the Morgan County Sheriff and continues to be an O.P.O.T.A. certified law enforcement officer.
